How can I select the examination programm?
Since there are many types of examinations and we understand it is confusing, based on your concerns, we propose recommendation plans including a regular health checkup, PET-CT, colonoscopies and etc..
Do I need to do anything before visiting a medical institution?
In most of the examinations requires regulations of intake foods and drinks a day before the examination for examination to conduct as well as accurate results. Therefore we explains in advance as well as visit you for a face to face meeting after you arrive in Japan.
What device and browser do I need for my online consultation?
Consultation can be conducted on a mobile device, tablet or desktop computer. We recommend using the most recent version of Chrome, Firefox or Safari to access the service.
I’m not sure what health screening items to select.
We make recommendation plan based on your health test result and concerns. The health checkup program varies from regular health checkup, PET-CT to cancer screening depending on medical institutes.

Do I need visa to stay Japan?
It depends on patient’s nationality and duration of stay. Our coordinator explains which visa is required for your case.

Depending on your preferred language, we arrange an interpreter during your medical visit so you don’t need to worry.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept PayPal and bank transfers to our WISE account. We will send you payment information after confirm your order.
What is the cancellation policy?
The cancellation policy varies depending on medical institutions. Therefore we inform it to a patient when we send a quotation.
For your information, In many medical institutions the below policy is applied.

– 22 – 10 days before your visit: 20% of total fee
– 10 – 5 days before your visit : 30% of total fee
– 4 days before your visit : 50% of total fee
– 1 day before your visit : 100% of total fee

Do I need a medical visa to visit Japan?
Depending on your nationality and the duration of the treatment, you may need a medical visa.It depends on patient’s nationality and duration of stay. Our coordinator explains which visa is required for your case. We can also provide your Visa application support.
In terms of the premium health examination which takes 1-3 days, you can visit Japan with a travel visa.
