How can I select the examination programm?
We understand there are many types of examinations and it is confusing. Therefore, based on your concerns, we propose recommendation plans including a regular health checkup, PET-CT, colonoscopies and etc..
Do I need to do anything before visiting a medical institution?
In most examinations, restrictions on food and beverage intake will begin from the day before the examination. These restrictions are necessary to ensure the safety of the procedure and to obtain accurate results. If these dietary restrictions are not properly observed, certain examinations may not be conducted. Therefore, after your arrival in Japan, we will provide a detailed explanation regarding these restrictions prior to the day before your examination.
I’m not sure what health screening items to select.
We make recommendation plan based on your health test result and concerns. The health checkup program varies from regular health checkup, PET-CT to cancer screening depending on medical institutes.

How much does the treatment cost?
The cost of treatment depends on various factors, including the treatment plan, duration required for the treatment, and location of stay. Do I need medical visa to stay Japan?
Depending on your nationality and the duration of the treatment, you may need a medical visa. We can also provide your Visa application support.
In terms of the premium health examination which takes 1-3 days, you can visit Japan with a travel visa.

I can’t speak Japanese so I worry about my medical visit in Japan.
Depending on your preferred language, we arrange an interpreter during your medical visit so you don’t need to worry.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept PayPal and bank transfers to our account. We will send you payment information after confirmation of your order.
What is the cancellation policy?
The cancellation policy varies depending on medical institutions. Therefore we inform it to a patient when we send a quotation.
For your information, In many medical institutions the below policy is applied.

– 22 – 10 days before your visit: 20% of total fee
– 10 – 5 days before your visit : 30% of total fee
– 4 days before your visit : 50% of total fee
– 2 days before your visit : 100% of total fee
