How to receive medical treatments

After receive your contact through a contact form, we arrange your medical visit as below:

1. Medical Matching

Based on the medical information and requests from a patient, we select and introduce the most suitable treatment options and medical institutions. Online meetings are available for initial consultation. Kindly send a request via “contact” to us.

2. Providing Estimates and Scheduling Appointments

A quotation for the treatments/examinations including other services are sent to the patient. Once a formal application and payment are received from the patient, we confirm the appointment date with the medical institution and other services.

3. Payment Assistance

We hold the treatment fees as an advance payment and facilitate the payment to the receiving medical institution and other services on behalf of the patient.

4. Medical visit guidance in Japan

Depending on the treatments or examinations, pre guidance is conducted in order to inform preparation of your visit.

5. On the Day of the Appointment

The patient will be transported to the medical institution via our pickup service, or arrive on own, where the examination/treatments undergo with an interpreter present.

6. Delivery of Result Reports (For Premium Health Screening)

After a result report is issued based on the examinations, we translate it and send it to the patient via email in approximately 5-7 weeks.
